Is Smith Support just as expensive as everyone else out there?

Absolutely not!  We understand that the economy has been on a down turn and that is why we are not only less expensive... But, you will not be able to find anyone out there that will provide you with Certified IT Engineers at our prices.

Is there an hourly minimum?

We have a hour minimum onsite and additional increments are billed in 30 minute periods.  Offsite work (available to business under managed agreements) are billed in 30 minute increments.

Does Smith Support have Certified Technicians and Engineers?

Yes.  The Smith Support Staff has a large collaboration of certifications.  We are certified by CompTIA (A+ and Network+), as well as, Cisco and a multitude of Microsoft Certifications.

Does Smith Support work on other operating systems/computers running Windows?

Yes.  Our staff is trained to support nearly every operating system in the home in workplace.  This includes; MAC OSX, Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux, and Unix.

Is there a trip fee when coming to my home or office?

Absolutely not!  We understand in these hard economial times that we all have to pinch pennys.  Smith Support's hourly rates currently include all fees neccesary at a flat rate.

Does Smith Support just fix computers and networks?

Absolutely not!  We have a full variety of services that we provide from Web Site and Email Hosting to Managed Search Engine Optimization Services and Online Marketing?

Do I have to pay for a consultation?

Absolutely not!  Smith Support provides up to one hour free of consulting services on the first visit for any business.
